Terms of use
In short: Movable is a training companion, not a doctor. Train according to how you feel and stop if something hurts. The app is currently free.
1. What these terms are
This is an agreement between you and the developer of the Movable app (0xLaki). By installing and using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Movable is not a medical service
The plans, exercises, calorie estimates and tips in Movable are general information about training and nutrition. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment.
- talk to a doctor before you start training – especially if you have a chronic condition or an injury, are pregnant or are returning after a long break;
- if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or otherwise unwell, stop the workout and see a doctor;
- you choose the load and the technique: the app cannot see how you perform an exercise and does not replace a coach next to you.
3. Who can use the app
Movable is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, use the app with the consent of your parents or guardians.
4. Your data
What the app stores and what can leave your phone is described in the Privacy policy. Your data is kept on your phone: if you uninstall the app or lose your phone without a backup, we cannot restore it.
5. What you may and may not do
The app is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell it, pass it off as your own, hack it, interfere with how it works or use it to harm other people. The texts, images and the Movable name belong to the developer.
6. Payment
All Movable features are currently free. If a paid subscription appears, its price and terms will be shown before you pay, and the payment will go through Google Play under its rules, including the rules on cancellation and refunds.
7. Changes to the app
The app keeps evolving: features may appear, change and disappear. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we do not promise that it will always be available or work on every device.
8. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for injuries sustained while training or for loss of data on your device. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection law gives you.
9. Changes to these terms and contact
When the terms change, we update the date at the top of the page. Questions: rom444k@gmail.com.
